Outstanding customer service! We requested a quote from them and several other companies.The companies through Home Depot & Lowe’s were ridiculously overpriced, even when we went to the companies directly. A horrible interaction with “COMPETITORS NAME REMOVED”, I DO NOT recommend them. The owner of Pierce came out and estimated our property the next day. I normally do not go with the cheapest, but this man was able to answer every one of my questions without hesitation. I felt he really knew his business and could get the job done right without rework. They had the best price for a 6ft vinyl privacy fence. It also had detailed character, which the other companies did not. The others were just basic white and flat. They have numerous options to choose from and we knew we had made the right choice.Hands down, this family owned and operated company is the best choice in Dover and the surrounding areas. I recommend them to everyone I know.

My fence came out gorgeous. It was installed so well and exactly how I wanted. There was a little confusion on the permit but once that was sorted out everything went smoothly. The project manager formally fence was timely and professional. Only a small part of my yard was dug up for New fence post but other then that the grass wasn't damaged at all.

Recently had a fence installed. While there may be other places for a lower price, I don't think you can get a better quality of fence installed. We live in an HOA and they actually completed all of the necessary paperwork that we needed for approval of the fence. We needed a few customizations and they complied without any major costs. If you are in the market for a fence, this is a solid place to come with a good reputation.

My husband and I recently had a fence installed by Pierce Fence, we couldn't be happier with our decision. We received three estimates and Pierce tied with another local company but we chose them because of their long history in Dover. The owner came out and answered all of my questions and was not pushy. They have wonderful customer service that starts beginning to end. From the time I called to scheduled an estimate, to when I made the decision to move forward with the project, Pierce never pressured me in my decision and took the time to answer all of my questions. They completed the project within the specified and all staff was courteous and efficient. In the event that I need additional work completed, I will think of Pierce first. Before deciding on getting my fence installed with Pierce Fence, I got 3 quotes from other companies. However, Bob Sr. Took the time to really talk to me and not just measure and leave. After talking to me about my needs and budget he was able to get me an affordable quote so that I can get my fence put in. Between Bob's kindness and the quote, I was sold! Karen from the office was also very kind and kept me informed about what was happening every step of the way. And let me tell you about the guys who installed my fence, they worked through 20 degree windy weather, and rain (I felt so bad for them!!). They were dedicated, polite, and professional! My family and I are so happy with our new fence, I would absolutely usePierce Fence again if I ever needed to and will definitely recommend them!
